Abbeys Combined School is expanding

Abbeys Combined Schools Early Years classes offer a caring, stimulating and challenging learning environment for pupils from all backgrounds. Within the two well resourced classrooms, and the dedicated indoor and outdoor play areas, a rich variety of play-based activities ensure that every 4 year old's needs are met and their potential realised. As from September 2003, the school is able to offer two Foundation Stage classes, with an excellent teacher/pupil ratio of approximately 1:18 pupils, plus additional teacher assistant support.

We place a high degree of importance on the early years of a child's education and have put our money where are heart is to fund this extra class. It is suggested that class size makes little difference to a child's education; it is the quality of the teaching that is the determining factor. We say that our small classes with quality teaching will make a real difference. Do not accept large classes, send your child to Abbeys Combined school.
